It's time to put the interior back in to my Volvo 480 2litre. Putting the carpet and fittings back in, also connecting the fuel pump and then finally connecting a battery back up to test the dashboard and power to all of the ECU and modules.

Finally I'm changing the water pump and timing belt on the 1994 Volvo 480 2litre. This is the first timing belt I've ever changed so it was nervous but following the guides and taking time it was a success!<br />Long video, but I show all the steps I did changing the belt and water pump.

This video I try to answer the question of how much does it cost to run a inflatable hottub based on current price of electricity (£0.30/kWh) and is it better to keep it at temperature constantly, or raise temperature when you want to use it.<br />I try to calculate all these, show you how much it costs to run just the filter/pump and how much the heater costs. This is part 2 of 2, changing the water coolant pump on our 2010/2011 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 twinport A12XER engine.<br />Part two - Removing the faulty pump and seeing the damage, then preparing the replacement with gasket and fitting it back on the car. This is part 1 of 2, changing the water coolant pump on our 2010/2011 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 twinport A12XER engine.<br />Part one - Getting access to the water pump, taking the driver side (right hand drive for UK) engine mount off and aux belt. The water pump on these are driven by the auxiliary belt (The timing is done on chain on the 1.2 twinport petrol engines) so it's getting the aux belt off, engine mount, engine mounting bracket, airbox and finally the water pump pulley off.<br />This video I tear the engine bay down to get to the pump and finally get the pump pulley out, next video removing the pump, identifying the damage and replacing it along with the thermostat.

More in progress work for my restoration project of the Volvo 480 2litre 1994 car. I've been working on the front brake caliper, refurbishing and then bleeding the brakes, also checking the timing belt and working out how to change it. At the same time identify the water pump and see how difficult to change it will be.

This video is replacing the DPF Exhaust Pressure sensor for the Nissan Juke 1.5 DCI (Same on Quashqai, Scenic, Captur, Megane and Duster).<br />It throws up codes P1453 and sometimes P2454 and caused the car to go into limp home mode (Engine fault orange light on and also the gearshift UP and DOWN at the same time), meaning we had no turbo.<br /><br />OEM part 0281005252 for the 2-port sensor and then the 6mm diameter pipe and pipe clips for the repair.<br /><br />This is the second video where I find the fault and resolve it, finally no fault lights and no engine management fault lights!
